(Please note:  National office is very busy serving daughters across the country and world; please allow plenty of cushion time when ordering supplies.)

 When do I contact the National Office??

  • New member installation paperwork and money. (You should  have already notified Patsy prior to starting the training.)

  • If you are not getting the Royal Cross.

  • Any changes such as name, address, chapter transfer, resignation, & death:  Use TRANSITION FORM. Provide transition form for members or fill it out for them.

  • Change of chapter officers (use special form for this purpose).
